| What are the delivery costs? |
| We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for orders within the UK and we charge £4, for International orders we use Royal Mail Airmal and this costs £6. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay extra for courier delivery and we can quote for you - we use Fedex for courier delivery.

| Do we send aborad? |
| Yes we do, to almost anywhere in the world, there are a few countries we do not ship to, some of these include: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Nigeria, Lebanon and Lithuania.

| What are the delivery times? |
| We keep many items in stock and therefore 2-3 days for in stock items within the UK. Anything not in stock is usually only delayed by another couple of days. Delivery to overseas can take 2-3 weeks.
Bank holidays may hold up deliveries for a few days.

| What are the payment methods? |
| We use Google Checkout for your security as our primary payment method, we also accept Paypal (email us and we can send you a PayPal payment request) and we accept cheques (5 day clearance required).

| What is the return policy? |
| If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us (unused/unworn still in original packaging) within 21 days and advise whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This also applies in the unlikely event of a Faulty item.

| Lycra Swimwear Life |
| With regard to Swimwear, Lycra is a very delicate material and has a life of approximately 20 hours water time. To obtain the best life, rinse chlorinated garments in cold water immediately after use, and follow the manufacturers washing instructions.

| Metallic Fabric Life |
| Please be aware that metallic fabrics and prints are novelty items with limited durability. They may fade with continued wear and washing. These fabrics may not perform to the same standards of our solid and print lycras and velours.
