What are the delivery costs?
We use Royal Mail for orders within the UK and we charge £2, for European International orders we use Royal Mail International Signed For and this costs £7 and for Rest of World orders we use Royal Mail International Signed For and this costs £8. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay extra for courier delivery and we can quote for you - we use Fedex for courier delivery.
Do we send aborad?
Yes we do, to almost anywhere in the world, there are a few countries we do not ship to, some of these include: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Nigeria, Lebanon and Lithuania.
What are the delivery times?
We keep many items in stock and therefore 2-3 days for in stock items within the UK. Anything not in stock is usually only delayed by another couple of days. Delivery to overseas can take 2-3 weeks. Bank holidays may hold up deliveries for a few days.
What are the payment methods?
We use VoicePay for your security as our primary payment method, we also accept Paypal and we accept cheques (5 day clearance required).
What is the return policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us (unused/unworn still in original packaging) within 14 days and advise whether you would like a replacement or a refund. This also applies in the unlikely event of a Faulty item. The following items are non-refundable when opened unless faulty: Tights, Clearance Items
We recommend ordering a couple of items for fitting first, then to make sure all items are in stock please place your order giving 3-4 weeks advance. - As we recommend ordering a few items in advance. Return items on big orders will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.
Metallic Fabric Life
Please be aware that metallic fabrics and prints are novelty items with limited durability. They may fade with continued wear and washing. These fabrics may not perform to the same standards of our solid and print lycras and velours.
